Check In / Check Out:

Check in time — after 4 p.m. on arrival date

Check out time — by 10 a.m. on departure date

  • Requests for early arrival or late departure must be made 4 weeks prior to arrival date and are subject to availability and an extra charge.

  • Owner reserves the right for a representative to enter the home for maintenance, repair or in the case of an emergency.

Damage and incidentals:

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Cancellation policy:

  • 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.

  • 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

  • No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

House Rules:

  • Check in after 4:00 PM

  • Check out before 10:00 AM

  • Maximum overnight guests: 8 (Exception if party includes an infant, please ask!)

  • Minimum age to rent: 21

  • Children allowed: ages 0-17 (Of course we love kids!)

  • No pets allowed

  • No events allowed

  • No smoking allowed
